THINGS STUDENTS WITH LEARNING DIFFERENCES SHOULD KNOW

In looking at many of the colleges across the US,  I see that every college offers some type of assistance to students with learning differences.  These services range from what that state's minmial law is to full blown comprehensive programs geared to working with student and preparing them for "life".

These learning differences can range from ADD or ADHD, to Asberger's and Autism.  Having one of this disorders does not mean that your child is not smart, it just means that professors have to be aware of who is in their classes and deal with the various issues to make sure all student's learn or have the chance to learn, and depending on where your student is in the process dictates the type of school that is right for them.

If you have a student who suffers with learning differences, we can help!  Contact our office to schedule an appointment.  We offer a FREE 1/2 hour consultation with all NEW families.
